X-Keys » X-keys USB LCD Keypad
Can I make the X-keys device write text to the LCD display?
Quick Answer:
Our MacroWorks II software does not support the ability to write text to the LCD screen. The only way to write text to the LCD screen is to write your own program using our software development kits.
Further Details:
MacroWorks II:
Unfortunately our MacroWorks II software can only program the buttons on the X-keys USB LCD Keypad. MacroWorks II does not support the ability to write text to the device's LCD screen.
Software Development Kits:
Our software development kits can be used to write your own custom software for the X-keys USB LCD Keypad. With our SDKs you would be able to add support for writing text to the LCD screen.
Our SPLAT Mode SDKs can be downloaded from the following link: http://www.piengineering.com/developer/splatsdk.php
